Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd - Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through the Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific attraction or tour booked. Please carefully review the cancellation terms and conditions provided for each Service at the time of booking.
Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled date may be eligible for a full or partial refund. The specific timeframe and refund amount will be clearly stated on the product's information page during the booking process.
No cancellation and refund will be provided after the e-tickets or vouchers have been issued. Please ensure you are certain of your booking before proceeding with payment.
Some bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
To request a cancellation (if permitted by the specific Service's policy), you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] with your booking details.
The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notification.
2. Cancellation by Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
The attraction or tour operator canceling the event.
Adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns.
Insufficient number of participants for a tour.
In the event of a cancellation by Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, even if tickets have been issued, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you one of the following options:
A full refund of the booking price.
The option to reschedule the booking for a different date or time, subject to availability.
A credit for future bookings with Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
Please allow 3business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your 1 bank or payment provider.
Yen Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may occur during the refund process.
4. No-Shows
Forfeiture of the full booking price will apply in the case of no-shows (failure to arrive at the scheduled attraction or tour without prior cancellation, where cancellation was permitted), and no refunds will be issued.
5. Amendments by Customer
Requests for amendments to bookings (e.g., date changes, participant number changes) are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective attraction or tour operator. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us at [email protected] to inquire about amendments.
6. Special Cases
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as illness or other unavoidable events before ticket issuance, we may consider requests for cancellations or refunds outside of the standard policy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation. However, this does not override the policy of no cancellation and refund after tickets have been issued.
